Streamlining Navigation for a Vast Wallpaper Selection
Designing effective navigation for an ecommerce site with an extensive range of products and numerous categories is a significant challenge. We need to focus on simplifying menus, improving search functionality, and adding helpful filters to ensure customers can easily find what they're looking for.
Unique Pricing Method Based on Area for Wallpapers
Unlike traditional products, the client prices wallpapers by area. Therefore, we need an innovative approaches to clearly and transparently convey pricing information to customers.
Overcoming Language Barriers
The client only speaks little English and we rely on email communication with AI for translations, therefore things can get lost in translation. Especially when we're discussing detailed design stuff. Therefore we have to use simple language and lots of visuals to make sure we're all on the same page.
KEY OBJECTIVES
1. Enhance the landing page's structure to prominently showcase wallpapers, capturing users' attention.
2. Elevate the overall user experience by redesigning the navigation section to be more intuitive and user-friendly.
3. Optimize the Customization page and other relevant pages to refine the user flow and streamline the customization process. Identify and address any usability issues or bottlenecks in the user journey to improve overall user satisfaction.
4. Collaborating closely with the client, applying various strategies to address the communication challenges posed by language barriers.
